Please read these terms carefully before using our transport services

1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

When utilising our Services you, as “Consignor”, is agreeing, on your behalf and on behalf of the receiver of the Shipment (“Consignee”) and anyone else with an interest in these Shipment, the following Terms and Conditions shall apply.

  1. The consignment will be accepted on ‘Said To Contain’ basis. Nature, contents, condition & value of the consignments are not known to our Company.
  2. The ‘Consignor’ is responsible for giving correct ‘Ship To’ address, GST No, HSN codes, Goods Value & E-way Bill at the time of Shipment.
  3. The Consignor/Consignee will be fully responsible for any delay, loss or forfeiture of consignment if detained by the statutory authorities due to any misdeclaration of contents, value of the consignment etc.
  4. Any notice related to Waybill/Invoice from any Tax authority should be cleared by the consignor/consignee.
  5. The Consignor/Consignee will have to deal with all tax or any other authorities. Expenses occurred if any, by the company for such reason shall be reimbursed by the Consignor/Consignee before the delivery of the said consignment.
  6. Fragile & Perishable consignments are Shipped at ‘Owner’s Risk’ and the company shall not be responsible for any damages.
  7. The company is not responsible for shortage due to Leakage, Denting of packages because  of the variable conditions while  in transit. Claims not accepted once the consignment has been taken delivery for our premise.
  8. Every Shipment is transported on a limited liability basis. If ‘Consignor/Consignee ’ requires greater protection, then the Shipment must be fully insured by the interested party.
  9. All consignments are booked & shipped at ‘Owner’s Risk’ However for consignments to be booked & shipped at ‘Carrier’s Risk’, addition charge of Rs 0.09/- per thousand will be applicable. This wholly depends upon the discretion of the our company.
  10. Demurrage @ Rs 50/- per quintal or Rs 50 per Carton Box of TV/Refrigerator/Washing machine or any other bulky/voluminous consignments per day will be charged after 100days from the arrival of consignment.
  11. If the consignment is not taken delivery within 9 months from the date of Booking, such consignment will be treated as Unclaimed and will be sent to the Unclaimed department.
  12. The company has the right to dispose off such unclaimed consignments without any further notice or reminders. No reimbursement on such proceeds will be done.
  13. For consignment booked on ‘Door/Direct’ delivery basis, company will attempt to delivery only once & if the consignment is not accepted or the place of delivery is closed for any reason, the said goods will be kept at our Delivery office. The consignee will have to collect the said consignment from our place. However, If the consignee want’s the consignments to be ‘Door Delivered’ additional charges will be applicable.
  14. For consignment booked in favour of the consignee, delivery will be given to know & regular consignee without collecting “Consignee Copy”
  15. Where a consignment remains undelivered and is retained in company’s warehouse, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Consignor/Consignee to extent the E-Way Bill.

2. FORCE MAJEURE

Our company shall not be liable for any delay, damages or Loss of goods caused by ‘Force Majeure’. ‘Force Majeure’ is defined as acts of God, war, fire, floods, explosions, hurricanes, strikes, terrorism, nuclear acts or other causes that are beyond the reasonable control of any.
